Tired of the sap and heart-shaped crap? Come celebrate ANTI-Valentine’s Day with the folks at the Chicago Reader.
Join us for a night of dancing and debauchery at Logan Square Auditorium on February 14th at 8 pm. We’ll blow the night out with Hood Internet, but first you’ll enjoy performances from Tess, resident DJ of SloMo, a titillating performance from the Fly Honeys dance group and tales of dating woe with Salonathon’s Words from our Loves, Words from our Exes.
Come for the first hour and enjoy a hosted bar by Budweiser Black Crown. Send a complimentary shot of SoCo Cherry (while supplies last) to your sweetheart. Throughout the evening, roll some love (in alcoholic form) to anyone who catches your eye. Use our cupids on wheels — the Windy City Rollers – to maintain secret admirer status. A cash bar will be available until 12pm.
The first 100 people at the door will receive a gift bag from The Pleasure Chest!
To purchase advance tickets, check out the official Anti-Valentine’s Day Facebook page!
