The Pleasure Chest is proud to co-sponsor the Los Angeles Trangender Film Festival’s opening night screening of Cheryl Dunye’s Mommy is Coming at the Echo Park Film Center this Friday night.
Set in Berlin’s lesbian porn world, Mommy is Coming is a sexy screwball comedy starring Lil Harlow, Jiz Lee and the Pleasure Chest’s own Papi Coxx. The screening starts at 8pm and will be preceded by two shorts. Tickets are only $10, or free to anyone under 21. But, since this screening is for adults only, you gotta be 18.
Friday night’s screening is the official kickoff of the Los Angeles Transgender Film Festival. Now in its fourth year, the LATFF showcases work by trans and genderqueer filmmakers. The festival runs through the weekend with shorts and features screening at three locations. Check out their complete schedule here.
