The Pleasure Chest went to Las Vegas last weekend for the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo and Awards. We were nominated for Best Retail Boutique. And while we lost to the very worthy Good Vibrations, a few of us were big winners at the blackjack tables.

Another big winner at the awards was Kandi Burruss, who won the AVN prize for Best Overall Toy Line for Bedroom Kandi, her line made in partnership with OhMiBod. Kandi will be in our LA store on Sunday to discuss the toys and give a workshop with some of her favorite sex tips. The event is open to everyone, but seating is first come, first served.

While in Las Vegas, we also spent two days shooting video interviews with toy makers and sex educators, explaining their products and giving their favorite tips and funniest stories from working in the adult industry. Look for those videos to start hitting our How To page in the next few weeks!

We devoted the rest of our time to strolling the convention floor checking out new products. Our gallery above includes some of the oddest sights and most unusual items we saw.
